Arjuna is used as a single drug or as an ingredient in any medicine used for heart problem. Eat healthy food with more vegetables & fruits. Include heart healthy foods like garlic, cardamom, celery, drumstick leaves, basil, turmeric, olive oil, nuts, foods rich in fiber like whole grains, brown rice, parsley, ginger.
