The main ingredient in Vigoroll jelly is amalaki which contains antioxidants and thus it reduces the free radicals. It helps to improve the immunity, nourishes the tissues and improves the overall strength. The other ingredients like akkalkara, guduchi, shunti, pipali and chitrakam also improves the metabolism and aids with the absorption. It can be taken for 3months and then can be continued after assessing the health. If required, it can be continued for another 3months. Healthy diet and regular exercise will help to maintain overall physical and psychological health. Meditation and pranayamam will be supportive for a better health. Include nuts, goose berry, flax seeds, pepper, turmeric, ginger, coriander, garlic and cinnamon. Reduce excess refined flour, cold refrigerated foods,canned foods, meat, salt, sugar, carbonated beverages and oil. Please check complete haemogram that will help to understand your haemoglobin level. It will also guide to improve the health based on the report.
